STG stands for a new multidisciplinary cooperation in the area of legal, tax and auditing consultancy in Osnabrück under the brand name STG SCHINDHELM FALK & Co (STG). 

FALK & Co will provide experience and expertise in auditing and tax consultation, while SCHINDHELM brings experience in consulting companies in the area of business law. With FALK GmbH & Co KG the cooperation has more than 70 professionals (auditors and tax advisers) at 8 locations in Germany, as well as more than 150 legal practitioners at 18 locations in 11 countries through the  SCHINDHELM alliance.
